The first one is Saber arcade prize by Taito.
This is the first time that Taito releases a Fate/stay night figure, but like the arcade prizes of Sega, the quality is rather mediocre.
Since it was not available at HobbyLink Japan, I purchased it in AmiAmi now that they recently began to send overseas. Too bad that they only send via EMS, because they usually do huge discounts...Series 2 will be Tohsaka Rin plain clothes version (supposedly it will be released at the end of this month) and Series 3 is both Saber and Rin, scheduled to be released on January just in time for the premier of the upcoming Fate/stay night movie.
