Update 3.5: Figures (rest)

A quick update with the figures I forgot to take pictures in the previous post, mostly arcade prizes.

EX Figure series Saber and Arcueid by Sega.

PM Figure series Phantasmoon by Sega. This figure have the best quality among all the arcade prizes I own by a big margin.

SQ Figure series Saber by Banpresto.

DX Figure series Irisviel and Saber by Banpresto.

And a small figure by Kaiyodo. The upper left one was bundled with Monthly Young Ace in November '12. The other 2 are already covered here and here.

Saber Extra Arcade Prize by Sega

One of the figures that I received months ago was this Saber Extra Arcade Prize by Sega.

Like other arcade prizes by Sega , the overall quality is low but reasonable since those figures are UFO catcher prizes that can be won if you are skilled for only 500 yen.

It was quite difficult to find because none of the usual webshops that I use had it in stock, so I ended buying it at Archonia, a Belgian webshop that I hardly use.

Like the figma Saber Extra, a couple of heads are included, Wada Rco styled and Takeuchi styled, but unlike the figma both faces are very similar and only noticeable when are one besides the other:
Wada Rco head.

Takeuchi head.

Side view

The skirt is not very translucent, but still very revealing:

Rear view. It seems like white, but is flesh colored and showing her butt crack.

Sion Arcade Prize by Sega

Friday I received Sion arcade prize by Sega.

Like the rest of arcade prizes, the overall quality is low, but is already expected to be like this, since those figures are UFO catcher prizes that can be won if you are skilled (or lucky) for a mere 500 yen.

The sculpt is by the veteran Nishimura Naoki (Pilot).

This figure is from the Extra Figure Vol.2 series along with the re-release of Satsuki, that was part of the Vol.1 and I posted previously.

Figure purchases

I was asked about the figures that were back in a picture from my last entry.

Sion and Ciel Extra Summer Beach Figure Vol. 2, from Melty Blood and made by Sega as an arcade prize. Were released in this September and bought online in Hobby Link Japan.
In this series there is also Arcueid, but is the same as the one from the Vol. 1 (that I have, but in Spain). The sculptor is Azusa Rei from circle Gundoll.

Satsuki
and Arcueid Extra Figure, again from Melty Blood, made by Sega and bought this September in Hobby Link Japan. Sculpt by Hitsuji Chousa.

Figma Rin
(Fate/stay night) was released at the end of August by Max Factory.
I bought it in Spain via Amazon Japan just before leave, putting my Japanese address (Amazon.jp doesn't send figures overseas).

Magical Amber
, an original character based on Kohaku (Tsukihime) designed by Takenashi Eri (of Kannagi fame) for the Character Material book. Sculpt by Uchida Kouji from circle makeplus. Released in September by Orchid Seed.

Gothic Lolita Rei
(Evangelion) by Kotobukiya, sculpted by Nishimura Naoki (Pilot). Released on October. Is not the best figure by Pilot, but since is made to stand in pair with the older release Gothic Lolita Asuka that I have in Spain, I bought it.

And finally, another Rei, but by Alter and sculpted by Numakura Toshiaki. Released on October, too. I usualy don't buy figures with lying down poses, but the sculpt quality made it a must have.

With this, I covered all the figures that I bought since my arrival to Japan. And sorry for the quality of the photos; both the camera and the cameraman sucks.
